You can easily browse through categories like Groceries and Hampers and more. To help you make the right choice, we offer detailed product descriptions, high-quality images, and customer reviews. Simply navigate through the website or use our search bar to find the products you’re looking for.

2. Select Your Product

Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, click on the product to view more details. We provide clear information about the price, available stock, and any ongoing promotions. You can choose the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. If you’re purchasing a service like airtime or data, you can select the specific amount or bundle that suits your needs. Once you’ve made your decision, click “Add to Cart” to proceed with the next step.

3. Add to Cart

After selecting your product(s), your items will be added to your shopping cart. From here, you can either proceed to checkout to finalize your order or continue shopping for other products. The cart is always visible, allowing you to check your order summary at any time. If needed, you can easily remove items, change quantities, or adjust your order before proceeding. You can also apply any discount codes or promotions before finalizing your cart.

We prioritize security and offer a variety of safe payment methods. You can complete your purchase with mobile money, credit cards, debit cards, or other locally preferred payment options. You’ll see the total amount before confirming your payment, including any applicable shipping fees or taxes. Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive a confirmation of your order.

2. Receive Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS. This will include a summary of your order, along with a unique order number and an estimated delivery date. 

ORDER COLLECTION

When checking out, you’ll be presented with two delivery options to choose from, based on your location in Zimbabwe:

• City Collection Points:

  • We have multiple collection points located in key cities across Zimbabwe. If you’re located near one of these cities, you can select this option to pick up your order from a nearby location.
  • City Collection allows you to avoid delivery fees and pick up your order at your convenience. Once your order is ready, you’ll be notified via SMS or email about where and when you can collect it.
  • We strive to make collection easy and efficient. Our collection points are conveniently located and well-communicated to ensure a smooth experience.

• Door-to-Door Delivery:

  • If you prefer the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your doorstep, you can opt for our Door-to-Door Delivery service.
  • We deliver to most regions in Zimbabwe, ensuring that you receive your products wherever you are. Our delivery service is fast, reliable, and handled by trusted logistics partners to get your products to you in the shortest time possible.
